TSK Container
Structure and Principle
TSK Container realizes containers for use with multiple types of powders capable of use for weighing by installing conical valves on ordinary containers used for storage and transportation.
The valve operation apparatus is installed on top of the container, resulting in a small diameter valve for precise weighing. It also achieves a structure that eliminates the need for chutes through direct insertion from raw material containers to weighing containers.
Features
Developed by Tsukishima Kikai, TSK Container meets a wide range of customer needs.
- High precision
TSK Container is capable of handling apertures as small as 100 mm in diameter and achieving +/- 5 g or less weighing precision. - Chuteless structure
Direct insertion from raw material containers to weighing containers eliminates the need for chutes between containers. This helps avoid cross contamination and impurities while eliminating the need for cleaning when switching between products. - Suitable for powders with poor flow behavior
The automated desorption vibrator system enables weighting of titanium oxide and other powders with poor flow behavior. - High airtightness
TSK Container enables handling of powders without exposure to exterior air during insertion into and removal from containers.
Applications
Fields handling powders with high added value, such as those used in LiB (lithium-ion secondary batteries) and foodstuffs
