Ichikawa R&D Center

This center helps to resolve various problems concerning function enhancement, cost reduction, and environment protection, with the use of sophisticated expertise, advanced technologies, and fully-equipped facilities.

Experiment group

• Experimenting each machines, Production of samples.

Analysis group

• Analysis of material components and exhaust gas, Lab-scale tests.

Observational study group

• Structure analysis, Fluid analysis.

Technology consulting group

• Machine design, Process design.

Inspection services group

• Implementation of function and performance checks for various kinds of equipment.
• Teaching of production technologies (plate working, welding, and installing)

Environmental Process Development Center

This center is equipped with testing systems for drying, incineration, and melting, and acts as a center to conduct verification tests mainly for thermal technology of recycling-type resources.
The center utilizes these facilities to conduct verification tests. In accordance with the test results, the center also creates and constructs facilities for new development.
