Facility for manufacturing bisphenol A
The demand for polycarbonate (PC) broadly used in compact disk and automobile parts, and epoxy resins used in coatings, laminated plates, adhesives, etc. has grown in parallel with the development of industry. Our crystallization, separation, and distillation technologies are playing an important role in the facility for manufacturing bisphenol A, the raw material of these resins. Centering on a type of double propeller (DP) crystallizer, which has unique agitating blades, our core technology is contributing to the development of industry.

Equipment for Manufacturing Paraxylene
The demand for paraxylene is increasing at overseas mainly as raw material for terephthalic acid (PTA) which is the intermediate material for polyester (PE) fibers and PET bottles, and the improvement of its quality is further desired. Our company has much experience in an adiabatic cooling crystallization method using our core product, double propeller (DP) crystallizer, combined with a purification column which washes the crystals with molten liquid in order to improve the purity of the crystals that are formed. Recently, in order to cope with an even larger capacity refining process, we have combined this with another washing tower, and provide a process which is more advantageous economically. Thus, we will respond to the needs of our customers for new installations as well as increased capacity of an existing facility for paraxylene production.

Manufacturing Facility of Para-dichlorobenzene
Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) is an engineering plastic that excels in heat resistance, chemical resistance, mechanical strength, and electrical properties, and its demand is growing rapidly for electrical and electronic parts, electrical home appliance parts, and automobile parts. Para- dichlorobenzene (PDCB) is the raw material for PPS, and our refining technology, such as distillation and crystallization, has been useful.
In particular, the combination with a purification column which aims at high purity crystals by washing away the impurities inside of the scraped surface cystallizer and the crystal filling layer without using solid-liquid separator, is called the 4C system. It is a refining technology that has become the core technology of our company, and it has made it possible to produce a product having 99.99% purity or above.
