High Efficiency UASB (Anaerobic Biotreatment)
Our "High Efficiency UASB" made possible the realization of high removal efficiency at high load by conducting the contact of waste water and high efficiency granules based on the control of small particle size granules.

- Adoption of small particle size granules.
By adoption of small particle size granules of about 1 mm (Other competitors use a particle size of about 3 mm for UASB), the contact efficiency with the waste water improved. - Efficient contact between granules and waste water
By dividing the inside of the reactor into three layers, efficient contact between the generated gas and the flow of water was realized. - High Volume Loading
CODcr Volume Loading: 50-80 kg/m3 ⁄ Day (Glucose waste water, CODcr Removal Efficiency 90%) was achieved. - High Removal Efficiency of Organics
At BOD5, about 95%, and at CODcr about 80% removal is possible.

Continuous Self-cleaning Fixed-media Bioreactor (Aerobic Biotreatment)
Our “Continuous Self-cleaning Fixed-media Bioreactor” is an aerobic waste water treatment facility based on the fixed biofilm. It holds microorganis, in the fillers at a high density, and efficiently decomposes organic substances.

- Adoption of rotating diffuser.
This solves the problem of the fillers becoming plugged. - Adoption of fillers having large surface area.
Since the contact efficiency between waste water and the fillers is high, high load operation is possible. - Solving unstable operation of the existing aerobic treatment facility.
By using it as pre-treatment of the existing aerobic treatment, stable operation of biotreatment becomes possible. - Sedimentation tank is not required
Depending on the regulaton for discharging (Sewage discharge, etc.) the sedimentation tank is not required.
