This 4C system is an innovative high grade purifying system, which combines scraped surface crystallizer and purification column, without solid-liquid separation facility. Crystal forms and grows by the scraped surface crystallizer, and is sent to the purification column to form the crystal filling; layer. A part of the product which melts by the base heater on the tank bottom rises as a circulating liquid and washes out impure materials of the layer, and promotes further purification by the perspiration effect.
In general, A 99.9% product purity is obtained, although it depends on material features, with some cases of a stable 99.999% product purity.
