Fluidized Bed Dryer

Features

The fluidized-bed dryer offers the following features:

  1. High agitation efficiency of material
  2. High heat transfer efficiency
  3. Easy Maintenance by the absence of internal moving parts.
  4. Supersize manufacturing is possible (Max. bed area: approx. 40 m2)
  5. Adoption of special dispersion plates

Product discharging method

The height of the fluidized bed is controled by the PdIC to adjust frequencies of the rotary valve revolutions automatically or of the vibrating feeder.
This method has efficiency that materials of large grain size is fluidized above the dispersion plate, and materials of small grain size on the fluidized bed to be discharged easily. The fluidized bed can thus be utilized efficiently.

Internal element

Using of the fluidized-bed dryer with internal element reduces the exhaust gas loss that is a disadvantage of a fluidized-bed dryer.

Examples of application to the fluidized-bed dryer

Low density polyethylene, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl alcohol, L-lysine, adipic acid, sodium azide, coal, betaine, etc.

Fluidized-bed granulator

  • Low initial cost
  • Small machine footprint
  • Operable with small number of operators

Examples of applicable materials

CaCl2 anhydride
CaCl2 dihydrate
Na2SiO4
Na2CO3
K2CO3
etc.
