Oslo Type Crystallizer
Oslo type crystallizer (growth type crystallizer), has a structure that the evaporation chamber is separated from the crystal growth area of the tank, and the clarified liquid which is extracted from the growth area returns to the evaporation chamber after heating by pump circulation.
Being evaporated and concentrated, a supersaturated liquid is supplied and dispersed inside the crystallization layer at the tank bottom to promote the growth of crystallization.
This crystallization method uses the tank as classification equipment and there is no stirring machine. Since small crystals of the circulated clarifying liquid are melted by the heating machine, crystal breakage is few and it is possible to collect bigger crystals.
